What is a mentorship?
This is an opportunity to work with a more experienced colleague. Someone who knows the industry from the inside and will help you avoid mistakes that others have spent years on.
Here, I will help you focus on important, long-term goals instead of chasing hype and likes.
I will honestly praise you for progress and wins, just as honestly point out weak spots and shortcomings. Not for the sake of checking boxes, but for real. As an experienced mentor, I help you move forward faster and more precisely.
However, this is teamwork: you play the primary role, and the outcome depends on your input.
How to start your mentorship

You have a degree in Art Education or have completed online art courses and feel ready to enter the industry, but you're unsure how to begin.
You have a few years of experience in the industry and want to elevate your skills, enhance your design thinking, and reach the next level.
You are successfully working but desire something more significant. Bigger ideas and deeper projects. You seek a thoughtful challenge that brings a real change.

You have a busy schedule or need more time to prepare material for our calls.

You have enough time to invest in art and to move relentlessly toward your goals every week.
Frequently Asked Questions
You will receive further instructions within 2 weeks of submitting your form. We will do our best to get back to you as soon as possible.
You will have one-on-one sessions with Konstantin.
Absolutely! Please let us know about this at least 2 days in advance to reschedule your call.
We will inform you as soon as possible if Konstantin is going to miss your sessions due to his workload or personal matters; he will always make them up later.
Our team operates in PST (UTC - 08:00). We will do our best to work with you within a comfortable time.
Konstantin speaks English and Russian.
